Working with Paula exceeded any expectations I held for a real estate agent. In less than three weeks we went from off market to accepted offer! This is the second time I've used Paula to purchase a property - the first, a condo, the second a single family home. Both times were excellent. She is knowledgeable and isn't just another real estate agent trying to sell you a home or writing you off because the home you're looking for isn't 600k+ (I experienced this, before realizing I don't know why I didn't just reach out to Paula the second time, dumb!) She is knowledgeable, has the connections, and is willing to run when its time to run. Didn't matter if it was middle of the day, a weekend, a day off, she always made time to talk on the phone or show up. She is a true professional. She is great about pointing things out and her experience truly shines - all while still giving you the freedom of choice and opinion. Writing with her was simple as well - shes got the framework, makes suggestions, but still leaves the controls in your hand. We walked over 50 houses together, wrote on 2, and got accepted on the second (which I am not mad at about at all! Less money, more house, more yard, better area! It was meant to be).
